Nikki, did you use Rose Water in your Shrewsbury Cakes? Or am I thinking of some other Felicity treat?

Glad you liked the cookies! I use rosewater in mine and think they taste delicious! They're fun with sprinkles and powdered sugar too, although not historically accurate. [img]wink.gif[/img] I posted the recipe here before and Sweet Dessert used it on her site. I also have pics of my Shrewsbury cakes in two of my albums (A Tea Party and Holiday 2004)....yummmmmmm [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I did not use the rose water in it Julia. I was not sure what it was so i did not use it. I used all the ingrdients though.
They still came out yummy! I'll PM those who want the recipe.
